Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven National Account Coordinator to support the Partnership Marketing team in executing sponsorship activations across Life Time’s Athletic Events, Media, and Clubs. This role is essential in managing the day-to-day operational needs of sponsorship activations, with a primary focus on coordinating, tracking, and delivering all creative assets and materials from clients on schedule and to specification. The Coordinator will be expected to own and lead the Life Time platforms they manage, ensuring a deep understanding of each asset and its role in fulfilling client commitments. The Coordinator will lead new initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance the activation experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate excels at project management, deadline adherence, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. They must be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, taking full ownership of their assigned platforms, and serving as a reliable point of contact for both clients and internal teams.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Client Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partnership marketing clients.
Deliver clear and consistent communication to clients regarding entitlement details, deadlines, asset specifications, performance metrics, and recap reporting.
Consult with client marketing teams to ensure alignment with Life Time brand standards and support clients in achieving their strategic objectives.
Ensure all activations are launched on time and in full, adhering to contractual commitments and service expectations.

Platform and Product Ownership

Own and lead the Life Time platforms and assets within assigned scope, developing a deep understanding of each to maximize client integration and value.
Foster strong internal relationships by collaborating regularly with cross functional teams to improve workflows, enhance efficiencies and support revenue growth.
Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to evolve Life Time’s sponsorship products and translate them into sellable assets for the sales team.
Monitor client and platform performance by analyzing usage data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to drive improvement.
Maintain and manage contracted and open inventory for all assets within scope, ensuring availability and timely delivery.

Project Ownership

Conduct compliance audits and deliver comprehensive proof of performance reports to clients.
Oversee and manage relationships with external vendors supporting client activations.
Project manage various athletic events, in-club events, samplings, and special initiatives as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of activation processes and tools to elevate the client experience and internal operational excellence.

Pay

This is a salaried position starting at $54,000.00 and pays up to $72,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
