Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms, as well as help agents build their social media accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media channels, graphic design skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize content.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Canva and video editing tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall brand objectives.
Assist agents with managing their brands and creating content.
Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and respond to comments in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
Conduct SEO research to optimize content for search engines and enhance visibility on Google.
Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Capture high-quality photographs for use in social media posts and promotional materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Experience

Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
Familiarity with photography techniques is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling through visual content.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
