Overview

Purpose of the Role

Ensure optimal brand presence and performance across all digital channels in the USA, Mexico, and Europe. This includes Leonisas websites and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Victorias Secret, Macys, etc.). The Digital Merchandiser is responsible for executing merchandising strategies, supporting logistics and digital content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and drive sales. This role will also manage Shopify connections, support TikTok and organic social media efforts, and oversee sample shipments to media, influencers, creators, and clients. Key Responsibilities

Digital Merchandising

Execute and maintain merchandising strategies for Leonisas websites (USA, MX, Europe).
Manage product activation, categorization, and digital display across all platforms.
Regularly update pricing, catalogs, and site banners aligned with marketing and sales strategies.
Optimize product presentation to improve conversion rates.
Monitor and improve site navigation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Support merchandising efforts on emerging digital channels.

Marketplace Management

Analyze and optimize product content and performance on Amazon (USA, MX, Europe).
Ensure accurate product listings across Macys, Victorias Secret, Liverpool, Mercadolibre, and all marketplaces in US and MX.
Review customer feedback to enhance listings and product information.
Maintain compliance with platform guidelines and promotional strategies.

Shopify & Integration Support

Assist in connecting and managing Shopify accounts across international markets.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot integration issues.

TikTok & Social Media

Support TikTok account management, content creation, and campaign optimization.
Assist in requesting and organizing assets for organic social media accounts across markets.
Track performance and identify growth opportunities on TikTok and other social platforms.

Sample Coordination & Influencer Support

Coordinate sample shipments to media contacts, influencers, creators, and key prospects.
Track deliveries and ensure timely execution of influencer and media campaigns.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Use tools like Google Analytics to identify opportunities and refine merchandising strategies.
Provide ongoing reporting and insights to optimize sales and user engagement. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Bilingual: Spanish & English (required)
Experience in e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify preferred)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Familiarity with digital analytics tools
