About the Role
We’re hiring a TikTok Creator & Affiliate Manager to lead the outreach, onboarding, and performance management of TikTok creators and affiliates across multiple DTC brands.
Your job is to build a network of TikTok creators who can drive sales through TikTok Shop, generate high-performing UGC, and support our clients’ growth through affiliate partnerships.
You’ll need to understand how TikTok’s affiliate and shop ecosystem works, how to scale GMV, and how to pair the right creator with the right product. You’ll be part recruiter, part project manager, and part growth marketer with a clear focus on turning content into conversions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Outreach & Onboarding: Identify, contact, and onboard TikTok creators to join our affiliate network and promote client products
- TikTok Shop Management: Handle all setup and coordination around TikTok Shop affiliate links, product selection, commission setup, and creator approvals
- Affiliate Growth: Work to scale GMV through TikTok creators by building relationships and encouraging repeat promotion of winning products
- UGC Management: Source UGC creators for paid social briefs and ensure content is delivered on time and within spec
- Creator Matching: Match the right creators with the right brand/products for the highest chance of performance
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Monitor performance via GMV dashboards, commission data, and TikTok Shop analytics — flag top performers and new opportunities
- Campaign Coordination: Support the Paid Social and Creative teams with fresh creator content and feedback from affiliates
- Keep Ahead: Stay on top of TikTok trends, new affiliate tools, viral content formats, and creator monetisation updates
You Should Have…
- 1+ years of experience working in TikTok influencer/affiliate/creator management
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, GMV tracking, and how the affiliate backend works
- Experience managing creator comms, contracts, briefs, and performance tracking
- Strong organisational skills - you can manage multiple creators and deadlines at once
- Ability to spot great content and predict what will perform based on platform trends
- Clear communication and negotiation skills — both written and verbal
- Bonus: Experience using platforms like Shopify, Afluencer, TikTok Creator Marketplace (TCM)
