TL;DR
We’re hiring a part-time Growth Marketing Operator (20–25 hrs/week) to run an existing outbound + organic system. This is an execution role — not strategy, paid media, or “growth experiments.”
If you’ve operated outbound email systems before and are comfortable executing from playbooks, this should feel straightforward.

GratisIQ is a B2B / B2B2C software company building the infrastructure for POS-integrated, compliant product sampling in the alcohol industry. We work with alcohol brands and hospitality venues, replacing traditional brand ambassadors with software, automation, and measurable outcomes.
Our growth approach is intentionally disciplined and capital-efficient.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This role is about operating systems, not inventing new ones.
OUTBOUND OPERATIONS (PRIMARY)
Run and monitor outbound campaigns using Clay, Smartlead, and Mailreach.
Maintain clean, segmented venue and brand contact lists.
Monitor deliverability, inbox health, and reply quality.
Execute light A/B tests (subject lines, openers).
Track replies and conversions in HubSpot.
Follow stable messaging cycles (6–8 weeks per sequence).
You are not expected to define ICPs, rewrite strategy weekly, or book sales calls.
LINKEDIN & ORGANIC CREDIBILITY (SUPPORTING)
Schedule 3–4 company LinkedIn posts per week.
Draft 2–3 founder posts per week for approval.
Draft 5–8 thoughtful founder comments per week.
Draft 1 short article per month (800–1,200 words) using founder input.
Repurpose content into simple visuals (Canva).
Organic social exists to support outbound conversion — not chase virality.
LIGHTWEIGHT SOCIAL VIA BLAZE (LOW PRIORITY)
Maintain a simple presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook via Blaze.
2–3 cross-posted posts per week total.
Consistency and clarity matter more than trends or heavy editing.
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
Maintain HubSpot hygiene and attribution.
Monitor outbound and organic performance.
Produce a concise weekly growth report.
Flag issues early (deliverability, tracking, anomalies).
WHAT THIS ROLE IS — AND IS NOT
This role IS execution-focused, process-driven, and well-scoped.
This role is NOT paid media, brand strategy, sales, SDR work, or random experimentation.

Social: Taplio (LinkedIn), Blaze (IG / TikTok / FB), Canva
Analytics & CRM: HubSpot, GA4
Collaboration: Slack, Google Docs
TIME, LOCATION, COMPENSATION
20–25 hours per week.
Ongoing role (60–90 day ramp, long-term if fit is strong).
$20–$30 per hour.
Latin America (GMT-3 to GMT-5) preferred for time zone alignment, but open to strong candidates elsewhere who can overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
We typically start hourly and move to a simple monthly retainer once workflows are running smoothly.
