Affiliate Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Affiliate / Introducer Manager to support and grow our affiliate partnerships across multiple lead generation campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in performance marketing or affiliate management who wants to deepen their exposure to lead generation. You’ll work closely with external introducers and internal teams to help scale campaigns, optimise lead quality, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and growth of affiliate and introducer partnerships across our lead generation campaigns.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for affiliates, handling onboarding, queries, performance updates, and issue resolution.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new introducers, publishers, and lead generation partners.
- Monitor lead performance and quality, including CPL, conversion rates, and basic downstream metrics.
- Help optimise campaigns by sharing feedback with partners and testing new approaches to improve results.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, compliance, operations, tech) to ensure lead flows, tracking, and reporting are accurate.
- Support tracking, reporting, and introducer payments, ensuring data is clean and up to date.
- Ensure affiliate activity follows compliance, data protection, and advertising guidelines.
- Maintain organised records of partners, campaigns, commercials, and performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation.
- Comfortable working with numbers, reporting, and basic performance analysis.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with external partners.
- Highly organised, reliable, and proactive.
- Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on-site 4 days per week, 1 day hybrid.
Nice to Have
- Experience in lead generation, financial services, claims, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with CPL / CPA models and introducer agreements.
- Experience using affiliate platforms, CRMs, or lead tracking tools.
