E-commerce Associate

**Finlandia Health Store is looking for an E-commerce Associate position**

Our goal is to help our customers achieve their health needs via a large wellness product selection and great customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working people to join our dynamic online team

• Assisting customers with their order process
• Guiding customers through our e-commerce site
• Website maintenance (including product categorization and product updates)
• Social media communication with clients
• Assisting our marketing department
• *Qualifications**:
• Great computer skills
• Great customer service skills
• Shopping cart experience is an asset: Bigcommerce or Shopify
• Natural Health Product knowledge an asset
• Must have full knowledge & comprehension of English language
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able lift up to 40lbs
• Able to manage time appropriately; prioritize tasks appropriately
