Description

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. This is a Hybrid role and requires 3 days(Min) on-site presence.

• Manage Digital Sales Offer Catalog configurations and Administration workflows
• Review change request Intakes and Engage cross functional teams for Impact analysis and execution plan
• Document implementation approach of Promotions/offer sets in Catalog/Ledger applications
• Inform various stakeholders about technical solution approach and customer experience to implement change request/initiative
• Able to map basic technical flow and business diagrams aligning to business and system requirements
• Proficient with the Project and Portfolio Management Tools (TFS, JIRA, Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.)
• Must have experience in Telco, Media and Entertainment industries or Consumer services industry

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in a technology-based role, like a technical product owner, Business system analysts
• Significant experience in CMS, CRM and Enterprise Catalog Applications to build customer and Agent centric web portals
• Must have clear and strong presentation and efficient communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is required

This is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
