  • *JOB OBJECTIVE**

The Digital Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the company’s online strategy to elevate the customer experience and drive sales.

  • Overall responsibility and project management for the website enhancement project
  • Communicate objectives and timelines with the team.
  • Manage any changes to project scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project performance and delivery.
  • Give regular updates on project progress, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide status reports.
  • *Website Management**
  • Drive the digital adoption rate of our B2B customer base globally.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our ecommerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversion.
  • Continuously optimize landing pages, product display, product information, and on-site search.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement site improvements, updates, and new features to drive user adoption.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to successfully roll out new content and marketing campaigns to improve customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Monitor website performance metrics, analyze traffic patterns, and identify opportunities for optimization. Report regularly on performance against established metrics.
  • Ensure that website developments are completed on budget with an end goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience with a seamless online shopping experience from browsing to checkout.
  • Responsible for the complete product lifecycle, including implementation, maintenance, and end-of-life. Planning version management, continuous improvement, including security management, version & patch management, and production support.
  • Responsible for vendor relationships that support your technology products ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and service level expectations.
  • Responsible for executing day-to-day product strategy for a single product. Delivering sprint commitments in full.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to highlight new arrivals, seasonal trends, and best-selling items.
  • *Product Information Management**
  • Maintain and optimize product information management (PIM) systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all platforms.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure high standards of data quality and integrity. Conduct regular audits and quality checks on product data.
  • Oversee the maintenance & optimization of product listings including imagery, descriptions, and pricing, on all owned & third-party partner websites.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of product information.
  • *EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in ecommerce/website/digital product management.
  • *SKILLS REQUIRED**
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize between business & user needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in designing online solutions for the end user, while considering UX best practices.
  • Experience with web-development cycles.
  • Confidence in executing B2B and B2C eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
  • Confidence in analytics tools and traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
