We're seeking an **E-Commerce and Support Specialist** with a dynamic sales mindset and a passionate dedication to health and fitness to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual eager to delve into various aspects of our e-commerce business.

  • *This role involves 70% e-commerce and digital marketing operations and 30% customer service support.**
  • *E-Commerce Responsibilities**:
  • Manage and optimize our Shopify platform, conducting regular audits to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Conduct keyword research, set up campaigns, optimize daily performance, and provide data-driven reporting.
  • Implement and manage technical aspects of SEO campaigns to improve website ranking and visibility in search engines.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency in ad assets and descriptions.
  • Monitor analytics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on SEO, PPC, and e-commerce industry trends and best practices.
  • *Administrative Responsibilities**:
  • Support our customer service lead, comprising roughly 30% of daily responsibilities.
  • Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of online courses and products.
  • Handle customer service tasks with excellence, including resolving queries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Update our company knowledge base regarding product and customer inquiries.
  • *Qualifications & Skills**:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Proactive approach to staying up-to-date on SEO and digital marketing trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Google Ads Certification in Search, Display, Shopping, and Video is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analytics software is an asset.
  • Meta Blueprint certification is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear and consistent brand voice.
  • Well-established business sense.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing project timelines.
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment.
