- *Position Overview**:
We are seeking a strategic and visionary **VP of Marketing** to lead Pocketpills’ marketing efforts and drive company growth through branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, and product marketing. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to shape the company’s digital presence, craft impactful go-to-market strategies, and lead performance marketing initiatives to ensure measurable results and growth. As the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate extensively with engineering, product development, and product design teams to ensure that marketing strategies are seamlessly integrated with product features, innovations, and customer experience. You will also lead a dynamic, results-driven marketing team, ensuring consistent and effective brand positioning across all channels, while optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making.
- *Key Responsibilities**:
- *Strategic Marketing Leadership**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy that drives company growth, enhances brand recognition, and expands market share. Focus on both short-term results and long-term sustainable growth.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging, cohesive strategies, and efficient execution across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to define and refine marketing objectives, KPIs, and business goals, ensuring that marketing efforts align with the company’s overall strategic vision and growth targets.
- Continuously evaluate market conditions, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, and adapt marketing strategies to remain agile and responsive to emerging trends and opportunities.
- *Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy**:
- Design, implement, and manage highly targeted digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools and dashboards to regularly track and measure campaign performance, optimizing marketing spend and identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring data-driven decisions that maximize ROI.
- Drive the creation of engaging and innovative content that reflects brand values, educates customers, and positions the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention through both online and offline channels, including digital ads, PR, events, and partnerships.
- *Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy**:
- Lead the creation and execution of detailed product launch plans, collaborating with product development and customer success teams to ensure that new product offerings are successfully introduced to the market with clear value propositions.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies that position products effectively, using data and customer insights to inform pricing, messaging, and promotional tactics.
- Collaborate closely with the product development teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with new product innovations and that product features are highlighted in a way that resonates with target audiences.
- Work closely with the customer success and product managers teams to monitor product adoption rates, gather real-time feedback, and continuously optimize the customer journey post-launch, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Continuously track market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities, leveraging this information to proactively adjust marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
