Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Performance Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will create and execute a solid performance marketing strategy by developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC. You will ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs while identifying and testing new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Building and executing advertising campaigns across global paid media channels.
- Managing all aspects of paid media advertising including budgeting, forecasting, strategy and planning, targeting, campaign building, ad copywriting, A/B testing, negative keyword management, bidding management, and optimizations to ensure the best possible ROI and exceed monthly lead goals.
- Performing keyword research and forecasting for current and new campaigns.
- Developing and implementing ad copy for campaigns.
- Communicating strategic, creative paid advertising campaigns to accelerate lead generation and brand awareness.
- Analyzing landing page relevance and recommending search engine-friendly design and SEO optimizations.
- Ensuring proper placement and accurate tracking of platform conversion and remarketing tags.
- Implementing conversion tracking on search campaigns via Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Google Analytics (GA).
- Utilizing website analytics to optimize paid search campaign performance.
- Conducting competitive analysis for search and social marketing using industry tools.
- Presenting strategic and tactical plans to internal teams with strong communication skills.
- Managing relationships with search engines and technology partners while staying current with industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role and in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
- Proven expertise in campaign and channel analysis with robust experience using Google Analytics for performance tracking.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior insights to drive actionable recommendations.
- A highly goal-oriented, curious, and open-minded problem solver with excellent communication skills.
