- *Your Role**:
We are seeking a Digital Product Marketing Manager to strategize and implement plans to build products and features that focus on fostering client awareness, engagement and acquisition. They will demonstrate customer insights to deliver a useful and personalized client experience resulting in increased consideration, engagement, usage, loyalty and advocacy of our brands across all client segments.
- *You will be responsible for**:
- Serve as the direct point of contact for all things digital aligned to strategic business units supporting all go to market initiatives
- Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement by leading cross-functional team that identifies, designs, develops and deploys digital experiences that surprise and delight our clients.
- Deep understanding of our CMS platform and MarTech stack to develop experiences designed to meet both client/user needs and business objectives
- Partner with our Client Journey Managers to ensure end-to-end experiences including digital are implemented and optimized
- Brainstorm, develop and implement ideas end-to-end for marketing campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor research to find answers about industry requirements, habits and trends
- Collaborate with product managers/owners for new capabilities and enhancements to the platform
- Responsible for UAT prior to launch
- Develop clear and measurable KPIs and goals and socialize progress
- Analyze data and voice of the customer feedback and turn insights into future marketing and optimization strategies including A/B and multi-variate testing
- Partner with our web production team for involvement in end-to-end process for creation of new and updated page content for our digital properties
- *The experience you bring**:
- 5+ years of experience working in a digital or related role with at least 3 years of hands-on product marketing or product design experience
- Stellar design instincts, knowledgeable of new digital product trends
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent competency in product and project management tools
- Experience with using research techniques to advocate for our users & synthesizing feedback into priorities
- Experience and familiarity working with Adobe Marketing Cloud (Experience Manager), Optimization and testing platforms (Adobe Target) and Marketing Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with site optimization (i.e., A/B testing, Multivariate testing) and personalization
- Experience in content management systems, specifically AEM
- Increase digital acuity and expertise across marketing and distribution with a client-focused lens

- Leveraged data and insights to make client-focused decisions (on-going dialogue for metrics /analyzation
