Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one of the Partners on the Iford Manor Estate, just outside of Bath. A diversified rural estate within the Cotswolds AONB, Iford is particularly well known for its Grade 1 listed gardens and fine-dining restaurant. Recently two local pubs were also added to the estate portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong management and organisational abilities, and a keen understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various projects, manage schedules, and streamline administrative functions within a dynamic environment.

Part time role 20 – 30 hours a week, ideally spread over 4 days (i.e: 5 - 7.5 hours a day)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Partner, ensuring efficient time management;
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
  • Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines and deliverables across multiple initiatives;
  • Support digital marketing and website activities including SEO optimisation, email marketing, and analysis using Google Analytics, as well as ensuring information and events are all up to date. Social media management is not part of this role, but the opportunity may arise to work with those on the team managing those accounts;
  • Create engaging online and poster content through copywriting and utilise Adobe Photoshop for visual assets;
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and project execution;
  • Oversee administrative functions such as filing, organising travel arrangements, and managing correspondence efficiently; and
  • Anything else reasonably requested.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in management support or executive assistance roles;
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Squarespace, SEO techniques, and email marketing platforms;
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for content creation (preferred);
  • Analytical skills to interpret data from various digital platforms to enhance marketing campaigns;
  • IT literacy with a good understanding of organisational systems and processes;
  • Strong time management skills coupled with attention to detail and organisational excellence. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills in management, digital marketing, organisation, and communication will be valued and utilised to their fullest potential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
