Role Summary
The Marketing & Ecommerce Manager owns day to day marketing and ecommerce performance across all brands. This role provides direction, prioritization, and execution across campaigns, content, and promotions while partnering closely with the CDO on systems, data, analytics, and digital performance. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys building structure, moving work forward, and operating in a lean, fast moving environment without sacrificing culture or creativity.
This role does not replace creative work or brand voice. It exists to bring clarity, coordination, and accountability so marketing efforts are aligned, measurable, and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning
Develop and maintain a unified marketing and ecommerce plan across all brands
Build and manage one shared marketing calendar including promotions, campaigns, content themes, and email sends
Align marketing priorities with business goals, inventory availability, and operational realities
Campaign and Channel Management
Plan and coordinate campaigns across websites, email, and organic channels
Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to create and launch campaigns
Ensure campaigns are accurately implemented on websites including banners, collections, landing pages, and messaging
Partner with the CDO on paid media strategy, budgets, and performance expectations
Ecommerce Performance and Customer Experience
Monitor ecommerce performance including conversion rate, average order value, and key funnel metrics
Identify and prioritize improvements to site navigation, merchandising, and product presentation
Coordinate with customer service and fulfillment to ensure campaigns align with service capacity and customer experience
Cross Functional Leadership and Communication
Serve as the central point of contact for marketing and ecommerce initiatives
Provide clear direction, prioritization, and follow through to prevent siloed work
Lead regular check ins to review priorities, progress, and results
Communicate clearly with leadership and partners on status, needs, and outcomes
Measurement and Continuous Improvement
Review performance data and summarize insights in a clear, practical format
Use data to guide decisions while balancing brand, creativity, and customer experience
Refine plans and priorities based on performance and feedback
Qualifications
4 or more years of experience in marketing or ecommerce preferred
Hands on experience managing ecommerce campaigns and content
Working knowledge of email marketing, paid media, SEO fundamentals, and analytics
Experience collaborating with technical, creative, and operational teams
Skills and Attributes
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable planning and executing work directly
Clear communicator who brings structure without being rigid
Data informed without being overly corporate or bureaucratic
Comfortable working in a lean, evolving environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,338.45 - $60,622.64 per year
