  • *Overview**:

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the sales & marketing of commercial & residential buildings for The Gupta Group. This also includes account management, business planning and developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

  • *What you will be doing?**
  • Account management, developing, tracking, forecasting, and generating sales revenue to meet Sales Targets.
  • Lead the department on upcoming sales & marketing strategies and ensure the department follows the steps required in the execution of the strategy.
  • Integrate strategies to produce sales and promotional materials for brokers and sales agents.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously i.e., planning, scheduling, analyzing, and communicating with digital and marketing teams, sales representatives, and the leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and key networks within the industry.
  • Servicing and maintaining the needs of existing clients, maintaining relationships, building rapport, and building customer trust.
  • Participate in customer events/trade shows/association events that may occur during the day or evenings from time to time.
  • Any other duties as assigned by your manager.
  • *What are the requirements for this role?**
  • Minimum College/University degree, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience within the industry.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Uses clear, concise, and tactful communication with management, trades, and consultants.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
