Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes brand growth strategies across digital and traditional marketing channels to meet key performance objectives (KPIs)
  • Monitors and analyzes brand performance metrics, market trends, and consumer insights to inform decision-making
  • Collaborates with creative, content, and digital agency team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Leads testing and optimization strategies (A/B testing, audience segmentation, channel mix) to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Identifies growth opportunities within new and existing markets and recommend tactical plans to capture them
  • Manages budget planning, forecasting, and allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Provides regular performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Oversees brand health tracking, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Builds and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support growth initiatives

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles, preferably within B2B or high-growth environments
  • Industry experience in Investor Relations or Public Relations
