Senior Business Transformation Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Business Transformation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead programmatic efforts to drive operational efficiency through collaboration with business and IT

Guide and mentor associates while facilitating large-scale workshops for cross-functional stakeholders

Independently identify and quantify measurable business benefits from transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related fields

Experience in organizational change management and project management preferred

Certifications such as PROSCI, Six Sigma, or PMP are preferred

Knowledge of the healthcare industry is advantageous
