Key Responsibilities
Own the creative strategy for paid acquisition across multiple channels
Develop creative concepts and messaging frameworks based on customer psychology and data
Analyze creative performance and iterate based on insights and competitor audits
Required Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in performance marketing creative for DTC brands
Deep understanding of direct response principles
Proven experience in creating ads that scale profitably
Data literacy with the ability to analyze ad performance metrics
Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube ads is preferred
