Mailchimp Newsletter Expert (B2B)

We’re looking for a Mailchimp expert to manage and optimize B2B newsletters for a fast-growing marketing agency in the behavioral health space.

This is not a beginner role. You should be fully comfortable inside Mailchimp — audiences, tags, segments, campaigns, and reporting.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Build and send recurring newsletters in Mailchimp
• Create clean, on-brand layouts using Mailchimp’s editor
• Set up and manage audience segments, tags, and groups
• Optimize subject lines, preview text, and CTAs
• A/B test campaigns and review performance
• Maintain list hygiene and deliverability best practices

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on Mailchimp experience
• Proven B2B newsletter experience
• Strong understanding of segmentation & campaign optimization
• Excellent written English
• Detail-oriented and reliable

Bonus: Light HTML for emails, healthcare or agency experience
