We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in the fast-paced digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and provide comprehensive administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar and appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings and virtual calls across different time zones.
  • Handle emails, messages, and other correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and project follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
