Digital Sales Representative – Bliss Extension Era (Paid Test)

Bliss Extension Era by Bliss Era Studio is a well-established premium hair extension brand with active salons, existing customers and a professional online store. We are now looking for one motivated Digital Sales Representative to help push sales to the next level.

This is not a marketing or design role.

This is a sales-focused role with camera presence.

Paid test opportunity

This is a paid test collaboration to evaluate skills and fit.

Test details

• Duration: 7–14 days
• Fixed test fee: 4,000 NOK
• Focus: selling, communication and conversion

Your responsibilities during the test

• Create 3–5 short sales-focused videos (Reels / TikTok style)
• Post content on agreed platforms
• Engage with comments and DMs
• Guide interested customers to purchase through our website

Requirements

• Confident speaking on camera
• Strong communication and sales mindset
• Comfortable engaging with customers in DMs
• Interest in beauty, hair or fashion is a plus

Language

• Norwegian is preferred
• English is accepted if you understand Scandinavian customers and culture

What happens next

If the test is successful, this role will develop into a long-term collaboration with:

• Monthly base pay
• Commission on sales
