About Us

The ThinkTank VC is a venture hub and coworking space designed to back the bold. We partner with founders who are reimagining the future—especially those building at the intersection of culture, community, and technology. From capital to creative strategy, we offer more than investment—we offer momentum.

We’re a small, high-energy team with a big vision. We move fast, think deeply, and care about the details. If you’re someone who thrives in creative environments, loves storytelling, and wants to be part of shaping the next wave of iconic companies, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who’s equal parts creative and organized—a visual storyteller who can help us amplify our voice across platforms, promote our events and programs, and grow our community of founders, builders, and believers.

This is an in-person position in Menlo Park, ideal for someone who’s excited to learn, contribute, and grow with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and schedule content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Design flyers, intro decks, and branded content for events, programs, and digital campaigns
  • Support the planning and promotion of ThinkTank VC events (IRL and virtual)
  • Help grow and engage our founder and investor community through thoughtful storytelling
  • Collaborate with the team on content strategy, brand voice, and creative direction
  • Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations for reach and engagement
  • Stay on top of trends in venture, tech, and culture to keep our content fresh and relevant

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite
  • A sharp eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
  • Clear, compelling writing skills—especially for short-form content
  • Interest in startups, venture capital, and emerging tech/culture trends
  • Self-starter energy: organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Bonus: experience with event planning, community building, or newsletter tools (like Mailchimp or Substack)

What You’ll Get

  • Hands-on experience in venture, marketing, and brand building
  • Mentorship and exposure to early-stage founders and investors
  • A front-row seat to the startup ecosystem and cultural innovation
  • Flexible hybrid schedule (up to 20 hours/week)
  • Potential to grow into a full-time role
