Marketing And Growth Specialist

TellByte is looking for a driven and creative Marketing & Growth Specialist to help lead our brand launch and accelerate sales across digital channels.

This role is hands on and impact driven. You will be responsible for building momentum, creating visibility, and turning attention into revenue.

What you will do

• Plan and execute a full launch campaign for TellByte across social media platforms
• Create and manage content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and short form video platforms
• Build and launch an affiliate and referral program from scratch
• Work closely with the founder to shape messaging, positioning, and offers
• Help drive inbound leads and sales through organic and paid strategies
• Track performance, test campaigns, and optimize for conversions
• Help establish TellByte’s brand voice and growth systems long term

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or brand launches
• Proven understanding of social media growth and content strategy
• Experience building or managing affiliate or referral programs is a big plus
• Sales oriented mindset with a focus on results, not just engagement
• Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment
• Creative thinker who can also execute consistently
