Digital Marketing Designer (Landing Pages & WordPress)/Unbounce Expert

Summary

Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is looking for a talented Website Designer with at least 5 years of experience to create and optimize digital advertising landing pages and build/maintain simple WordPress websites. This role is hands-on and design-focused, with a strong emphasis on Unbounce landing page creation and conversion-minded design.

Primary Responsibilities

Design and build high-converting landing pages for paid digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
Create, edit, and publish landing pages in Unbounce (required)
Build and maintain simple WordPress websites (new pages, basic layouts, updates)
Apply conversion best practices (clear hierarchy, strong CTAs, fast load times, mobile-first design)
Ensure designs are responsive and consistent across devices and browsers
Collaborate with marketing/team members to implement feedback and iterate quickly
Basic on-page updates as needed (headlines, images, layout adjustments)

Secondary / Nice-to-have Responsibilities & Skills

Experience creating impactful digital assets (static and video) for Meta and Email

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of website/landing page design experience
Strong expertise in Unbounce (required)
Experience designing for digital advertising campaigns and lead generation
Working knowledge of WordPress (themes/page builders, creating pages, basic site edits)
Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, spacing, branding consistency)
Ability to work quickly and deliver clean, polished pages on deadlines
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Experience with A/B testing landing pages and improving conversion rates
Familiarity with Google Analytics / tracking basics (e.g., understanding how forms and CTAs are measured)
Experience and success with taking a project from simple request to full LP/single page site launch (ex: given the URL and objective, take the project from 0 – Completion without additional IT support).
Knowledge of website hosting setup, connecting DNS settings, etc

Deliverables

Create Unbounce landing pages for campaign launches and variations for testing
Create very simple WordPress pages/sites (home, services, contact, basic blog layout)
Updates to existing pages for improved performance and consistency
