About the Role
We’re seeking a Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results. This role is ideal for a performance-focused marketer who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across paid media, SEO, content, automation, and analytics.
You will manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions aligned with client objectives. Beyond leveraging AI and automation tools, you’ll focus on the KPIs that matter — cutting through vanity metrics to drive efficiency, growth, and ROI.
You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and development teams while supporting the Account Director (Squad Leader) in client communication, reporting, and planning.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, content marketing, and automation.
- Manage and allocate budgets to maximize performance and ROI.
- Continuously refine strategies based on analytics, insights, and client goals.
AI & Automation Integration
- Leverage AI-powered tools and marketing automation platforms to improve targeting and workflows.
- Integrate CRM, analytics, and campaign platforms to improve efficiency and performance.
- Utilize AI for personalization, predictive analytics, and customer journey optimization.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance with a focus on conversion-driven KPIs.
- Eliminate vanity metrics and apply insights from GA4 and related analytics tools.
- Deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve marketing outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with SEO, content, design, video, photography, and development teams to execute integrated marketing strategies.
- Ensure marketing efforts align with client business objectives and agency growth goals.
- Support the Account Director with reporting, insights, and participation in client meetings as needed.
Client Relationship Support
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and regular performance updates.
- Engage directly with clients to present insights, results, and optimization strategies.
Local SEO & Directory Management
- Implement and manage local SEO strategies, including Google Maps optimization and directory listings.
- Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across platforms to improve local visibility.
Project & Budget Management
- Manage multiple digital marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet client and agency deadlines.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Maintain Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant industry certifications.
- Stay current with emerging platforms, AI tools, and automation trends.
- Contribute to ongoing optimization of internal processes and marketing strategies.
Required QualificationsExperience
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok.
- Proven experience in performance-driven marketing, budget management, and optimization.
- Experience with local SEO and directory management.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker, CRM dashboards, and other analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret and act on AI-driven marketing insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in email marketing automation, segmentation, and execution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Must be able to commute daily to our office in Lexington, South Carolina.
