We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Web Developer & Designer to join our team. What You'll Do

  • Write, edit, and troubleshoot front-end code (HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript) to support custom layouts, styling, and interactive elements.
  • Customize themes, templates, and components within WordPress, Web flow, or similar CMS platforms using both visual builders and coded adjustments
  • Design, build, and maintain engaging, responsive websites that align with our brand and business goals.
  • Create and update website content, layouts, graphics, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Use analytics and best practices to improve user experience, site navigation, and overall performance.
  • Assist with general marketing tasks such as social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, and brand materials.
  • Ensure all web and graphic content follows brand standards and is optimized for both desktop and mobile.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency with HTML/CSS and comfort making code-based adjustments within CMS environments
  • Experience in website design, content management systems, and strong front-end principles with the ability to solve layout, styling, and functionality challenges through code.
  • Strong design skills with the ability to produce clean, modern, and on-brand visuals.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, UX, and conversion-focused design.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to problem-solve and collaborate.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.
  • Photography or videography skills.
  • Experience with email marketing tools or CRM platforms.
  • Basic HTML/CSS capabilities.
