Digital Marketing Position Post
Sklar and Peppler is seeking a creative forward thinking individual with an affinity for Digital Marketing. This role entails leading various marketing initiatives to enhance our brand's online presence through fun and engaging content.
- *Position Overview**
As apart of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with our management & buying/merchandising team, contributing to the development of compelling and impactful marketing materials. This is the perfect opportunity for a creative mind that is passionate about marketing, and eager to acquire practical experience in a professional environment.
- *Job duties**
- Create fun social media content for all our online platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Plan and execute daily content
- Engage audience and generate organic traffic
- Monitor and gather statistics/analytics on our social media accounts
- Updating our website
- Stay on the cutting edge of social media trends
- Monitor success or failure of ad campaigns
- Create monthly ad mattes
- *Qualifications**:
- 1 year experience in digital marketing or currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's/college program in Marketing preferred
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
- Good communication skills. Use visual and written language effectively
- Previous coursework or projects related to marketing is a plus.
- Any experience with social media management or content creation is ideal
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor website analytics and use data-driven insights to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Experience required:'
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance and campaign effectiveness
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visually appealing graphics and designs
- Experience with content management systems, particularly WordPress, for website maintenance and updates
- Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS for basic website coding and customization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling copy and engaging with online audiences
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
