The Digital Marketing Manager at PHĀEA will play a pivotal role within the Commercial Department, leading the conception and execution of an integrated digital marketing strategy that amplifies the brand’s presence across all online and social platforms. Blending strategic insight, creativity, and data-driven precision, this role will craft compelling digital experiences that enhance brand desirability, deepen guest engagement, and drive measurable business growth.

Job Fit- Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Display, Social Media and Email Marketing) aligned with PHĀEA’s business goals.
  • Manage PHĀEA’s digital ecosystem, including brand websites and performance media.
  • Uphold brand standards across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the Creatives and Marketing and Communications experts – internal and external - to produce inspiring, brand-aligned content that enhances guest engagement and drives traffic.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels, providing insights and feedback for optimization.
  • Manage budget and digital advertising effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with Revenue & Sales in order to align digital initiatives with business priorities.
  • Build and manage relationships with digital agencies & media partners.
  • Support brand campaigns, partnerships, and events through digital efforts and storytelling.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies relevant to luxury hospitality.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in online guest experience and digital transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in digital Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google analytics, monitoring tools, CRM tools)
  • Deep knowledge on digital and social media advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube ads)
  • Experience on Content Management Systems (such us WordPress), Email Marketing platforms (such as MailChimp) and Review Management Platforms
  • Demonstrated success in managing performance campaigns and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience on working with task management tools (Teamwork, Asana or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience with luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.
