• *Role Overview**:

Reporting to the CEO, the Manager, Digital Marketing and Operational Excellence will strategically enhance our external marketing and internal operational processes. You will manage high-impact digital campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition, while streamlining internal workflows through intelligent automations and continuous improvement.

• *Key Responsibilities**:
• Entrepreneurial-minded, you will be involved with leadership decisions, and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Strategically plan and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop targeted, high-conversion lead magnets and compelling digital content for distinct brand audiences.
• Oversee retargeting and conversion optimization strategies to boost performance and maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign metrics, adjust strategies for continual growth, and provide clear reporting.
• Lead the design and implementation of internal workflow automations using Zapier, n8n, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools.
• Collaborate across diverse teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and efficiency in marketing and operations.
• *Qualifications**:
• Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
• Demonstrated success in digital marketing, specifically PPC campaigns, lead generation, and automation.
• Proven capability in designing workflow automations using Zapier, n8n, Notion, Airtable, or similar.
• Adaptable with a strong analytical mindset, comfortable leveraging data to drive decision-making.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and able to thrive autonomously in a flexible environment.
• Experience in a start-up environment would be considered an asset.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, sports, or related industries preferred but not required.
