Digital Marketing Client Success Manager

Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized account manager with a passion for digital marketing? We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our growing team in Tempe, AZ. This starts as an in-office position and transitions into hybrid after training and proficiency.
You’ll be the main point of contact for 12–18 clients, ensuring their digital campaigns are well-executed and their goals are being met. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love juggling multiple projects, and are either already skilled in digital marketing or a quick learner, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, Google Ads, Geo-Fenced Programmatic Display, Email, MMS/SMS, and Website design/builds.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients—responding to emails and calls with confidence and professionalism.
- Oversee website updates and performance (desktop & mobile).
- Manage and maintain websites using platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.
- Create and deliver regular reports to clients on performance metrics, campaign results, and key insights.
- Manage and Execute keyword strategies.
- Onbaord and manage Google Paid Ad campaigns.
- Use SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Heatmaps) to track performance and inform strategy.
- Draft compelling ad copy and visuals using Canva or similar tools.
- Coordinate with graphic designers to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and aligned with client goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
