The e-commerce team leader oversees daily operations of the e-commerce department, including listing, shipping, receiving items, authentication, customer service, and training. Responsibilities include responding/resolving customer service tickets, handling refunds/returns, and ensuring departments are compliant with marketplace regulations.

Key duties include supervising ecommerce staff, recognizing staff for outstanding performance, promoting morale among employees, filling in when assistants/managers are out, and reporting supply ordering. Additional responsibilities include moving materials within the warehouse/offices as needed and ensuring hourly/daily production goals are met.
