What to Expect:
This role will support the coffee & accessory marketing team in driving the growth of the category in 2026 and beyond. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist with the launch of new coffee and accessory products and help deploy key marketing tools such as local coffee packs, value packs, and sampling programs. You will play an important role in coordinating 360-degree marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment and impactful execution across all channels. A day in the life:
  • Support the Marketing Specialists and Product Manager in implementing marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with growth objectives.
  • Learn from a dynamic team, and share ideas that help shape the future of the coffee category, while supporting market and competitive trend benchmarking for coffee and accessories.
  • Assist in translating high-level strategies into actionable tasks and help monitor progress against objectives.
  • Coordinate activities related to new product launches, including SKU setup, pricing updates, and marketing material preparation.
  • Provide support for local coffee and accessory initiatives such as sampling programs, promotional packs, and experiential marketing activations.
  • Help develop content creation briefs with agencies and internal teams for photography, storytelling, and campaign assets.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across channels to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Assist in the deployment of consumer engagement activities such as contests and boutique experiences.
  • Support email marketing initiatives by leading brief process, coordinating messaging and managing approvals.
  • Collect and organize campaign performance data to prepare reports and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and follow up with internal teams, agencies, and partners to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide administrative support including budget tracking, invoice processing, and documentation.
Role Requirements
  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role (CPG experience is an asset).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, proactive, curious, and driven to learn
  • Ability to manage tasks autonomously and proactively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
