Nano.comShare this job:
Nano.com Overview
Nano.com is building AI for the rest of us. We’re turning AI into something normal people can use every day to hit their goals - not a toy or a tech demo. We’re a small, product-obsessed team working on a new category: a membership that gives you an outcome-driven platform for personal transformation.
We are early, fast-moving, and obsessed with simplicity. This is a rare opportunity to help define a new category and build a brand people feel. If you love beautiful interfaces, fast iteration, and shipping things that actually get used, you’ll feel at home here.
About our brand portfolio
T Labs LLC is the parent company behind multiple products and experiments driven by AI and innovation, including:
- Nano.com (your primary focus)
- Diligently.com (world's first "insurance" product for hiring)
- Adaptability.org (world's first scientific measurement of adaptability in individuals and companies)
- Adalore (a growth/revenue engine for Shopify store owners)
- Additional internal brands and pilots as we iterate
This role owns marketing across the portfolio, while keeping Nano.com as the center of gravity.
Location
Las Vegas, NV (strong preference for local / relocation support possible)
The Role
You are our first marketing hire and the owner of the marketing function.
You will
- Define the narrative and positioning for Nano.com.
- Build and run the operating system for growth - storytelling, content, community, distribution, lifecycle, partnerships, and performance.
- Create portfolio-level synergy across brands (shared audiences, shared assets, cross-promotion, shared systems).
The founder will be an active creative and strategic partner, but you own the plan, the calendar, the execution, and the outcomes.
What you’ll do
Brand and storytelling
- Craft Nano.com’s core story, category narrative, and messaging architecture.
- Build a brand voice and style that feels premium, bold, and human.
Social and content engine (organic first)
- Design and run a high-velocity content system: ideas, scripts, posts, short-form video, long-form, and repurposing.
- Create community flywheels: challenges, cohorts, ambassadors, partnerships, and earned attention.
Website and conversion
- Own website copy and conversion flows end-to-end.
- Build landing pages that match campaign intent and convert.
- Run continuous A/B testing and message iteration
Performance marketing (when we choose to spend)
- Launch and manage high-signal experiments across paid search, paid social, and retargeting.
Guerrilla marketing and innovative lead gen (low to no ad spend)
- Ship unconventional growth loops: partnerships, affiliates, creator collabs, PR hooks, stunts, referral systems, and product-led virality.
Portfolio synergy (Nano.com + Adalore + beyond)
- Design cross-brand acquisition paths and shared audiences.
Marketing ops and analytics
- Set up our marketing stack and measurement: attribution, dashboards, cohorts, funnels, retention.
- Define the weekly scorecard: what matters, what moves, what we stop.
How you’ll likely spend your time
- 35% storytelling, creative direction, copy, and content strategy
- 35% execution (publishing, campaigns, partnerships, production)
- 20% measurement, iteration, conversion, and growth experiments
- 10% team building and vendor management (creators, editors, designers, freelancers)
You will be hands-on. This is not a “manage agencies and attend meetings” job.
KPIs you’ll own
- Net new revenue (monthly + quarterly), with Nano.com as primary focus
- Net new MRR/ARR (or equivalent) and revenue retention (gross + net)
- Trial-to-paid conversion, activation-to-purchase rate, and revenue per visitor
- Funnel conversion rates (landing page - signup - purchase) and offer performance
- CAC, CAC payback, and marketing efficiency (blended) when paid is on
- LTV, churn, cohort retention, and reactivation revenue (in collaboration with product)
- Partner/affiliate-sourced revenue and referral-driven growth loops
- Email/list growth and lifecycle revenue (onboarding, upsell, win-back)
- Content velocity and engagement as leading indicators for revenue growth
- Zero-paid/guerrilla-sourced net new revenue (monthly + quarterly)
- % of signups and revenue from earned/organic/partner channels (target: primary acquisition driver)
- Referral/viral coefficient and cost per signup from guerrilla loops (measure and improve weekly)
You have
- 7+ years in growth marketing, brand marketing, or full-stack marketing (startup experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to build a narrative and a conversion engine.
- A strong portfolio of shipped work: campaigns, landing pages, social, copy, positioning, growth loops.
- Excellent writing instincts - you can write the words that make people feel and act.
- Comfort being both strategic and tactical in the same day.
- Strong taste: you know what “good” looks like, and you can produce it.
- High agency: you move without permission and take ownership of outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing subscription products, communities, or coaching-style transformation products.
- Founder-led marketing experience (building around a personality and a point of view).
- Experience with affiliate programs, ambassador programs, or creator partnerships.
- Strong PR instincts and the ability to manufacture newsworthiness.
Tools and stack (we’ll co-select, but these are typical)
- Fluency with AI-assisted creative workflows - especially short-form video and image generation - and the taste to use them responsibly to ship high-quality assets fast.
- Website and landing pages (Webflow, Framer, or equivalent)
- Analytics (GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude, Looker/Metabase, attribution tools)
- Email and lifecycle (Klaviyo, Customer.io, or equivalent)
- Creative pipeline (Figma, Notion, Airtable, Adobe/CapCut, Descript)
How we work
- Super heavy AI usage to 10x each person’s normal output.
- Ship multiple times a week with Friday demos.
- Maker time protected most days for deep work.
- Extremely rapid pivots. Market signals, we listen.
- We document decisions briefly; fewer, better meetings.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to define a category and build a brand from day one.
- Direct partnership with the founder and true ownership of marketing.
- A calm, high-trust environment aimed at real impact and innovation.
- A chance to shape the look and feel of the entire product from the ground up.
- Very low bureaucracy, very high impact.
- Competitive compensation (salary + meaningful upside).
- A key voice in shaping the company's culture, vision, and technical direction.
- Significant compensation & upside opportunity:
- Signing bonus package (cash & gifts)
- Las Vegas relocation bonus (or cash equivalent if local)
- Competitive base salary plus sizable performance bonus potential
- Health insurance (100% Employer Paid Premiums)
- Potential for generous stock options and/or cash upside
- Massive professional growth and development opportunities.
- An epic story others will ask you about for the rest of your life.
An ambitious team, with a real chance to create something truly transformative
