Libratel is looking for full-time Online Marketing Manager with Social media and online marketing experience to join its successful, expanding Marketing team.

  • *RESPONSIBILITIES**:
  • Drive online traffic to our website using SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and content syndication.
  • Analyzing site traffic including click navigation, shopping patterns, and purchase conversion
  • Drive decisions based on quantitative and qualitative research, analysis, and stakeholder input.
  • Leverage extensive social media expertise and current best practices to lead the planning and execution of paid social media strategies
  • Deliver detailed and actionable insights and strategic recommendations, provide interpretation, guidance and recommendations to drive business performance forward.
  • Manage the content that the business posts to social media
  • Develop strategies that drive customers to the website
  • Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
  • Create paid campaigns on social media platforms
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
  • Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
  • Keep up to date on the latest social media trends
  • *EXPERIENCE**:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as Online Marketing Manager
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proficiency in online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and other google platforms
  • Experience with social media networking and advertising.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and brand exposure techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced project-management skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Telecommunication industry is an asset

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate

  • North York, ON M3A 1B2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
