We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Support Specialist to support our growing sales organization. This role blends hands-on design and digital marketing execution with sales enablement and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, design-savvy, and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

This is a fully on-site role in West Palm Beach, offering strong exposure to both marketing strategy and revenue-generating initiatives.

Job Details

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing, design, sales support, or a related role

Strong design skills with experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms

Working knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and web content management

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
