Digital Advertising Coordinator

**Summary**
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with Alberta statutory holidays off, and fully remote/work-from-home. Local applicants preferred, but not required.
- *Responsibilities**
- Manage search, display, video, and social ad campaigns on prominent platforms such as Google, Meta, Spotify, and others
- Provide exemplary customer service, engaging with questions and communicating solutions to clients
- Track, optimize, and report on budget spending & ROI
- Create and set up ad accounts as well as peripheral tools such as Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and other integrations
- Implement best practices according to company processes & client brand guidelines
- Take responsibility for accounts & projects, coordinating tasks to effectively fulfill client requests
- Analyze data to develop strategies for ongoing KPI improvement
- Other duties as assigned
- *About You**
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient writing & communication skills
- Highly organized with tasks & time management
- Detail-oriented, but with a flair for creative thinking
- Problem solver using available resources to figure things out
- General understanding of the inner workings of websites, analytics, and digital advertising (bonus points for experience with graphic design and photo/video editing)
- Skilled with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (more bonus points if you can demonstrate how to use “vlookup”)
- Google Ads certified
- Willing to learn, and not afraid to ask questions
