As a Senior Automation and Digital Engineer at Henkel, you will be part of our Adhesive Technologies business unit, empowering our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings. - Design and implementation of instrumented control systems for both DCS and PLC operations
- Design and implementation of Smart Factory systems
- Design and implement automated packaging and filling systems
- Design and implement automated warehousing systems
- Experience with Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols
- Experience developing and implementing recipe control for automated processes
- Experience in project management, including basic engineering and scoping, detailed engineering, vendor/bidder tendering, equipment purchase, equipment installation, contractor management, equipment commissioning and startup, turnover to operations
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering Required
- 5-10 Years of experience in implementing automation and digital factory systems
- 30-40% Travel required
