We're looking for a dedicated full-time team member to support our firm's digital marketing and communications efforts.
The ideal candidate will take the lead on creating and scheduling social media content, updating our blog and website, assisting with email campaigns, managing our CRM (GoHighLevel), and supporting lead generation and community engagement.
The role also includes research, coordination tasks, and light design or video editing.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, creative, and comfortable working across different platforms and tools.
We're a small consulting firm working with co-op and condo boards in NYC, and we value clear communication, thoughtful work, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities include
Creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn and other platforms
Drafting and editing blog posts, email newsletters, and lead magnets
Updating website content and managing blog uploads
Helping plan and track lead generation campaigns
Performing research to support content, outreach, and client needs
Assisting with basic design (e.g. Canva) and occasional video editing
Supporting audience engagement (polls, comment responses, follow-ups)
What we're looking for
Strong writing and communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Canva, GoHighLevel, and Google Workspace
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
A creative, curious mindset and interest in content and marketing
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
