About the Role

We are hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to lead a Forgeworks delivery pod. This role blends revenue architecture, GTM strategy, CRM design, and hands-on consulting. You will own client outcomes, guide a technical team, and serve as the strategic backbone for multiple SaaS companies’ revenue engines.

You’ll work closely with a PM, RevOps Manager, and RevOps Analyst — owning advisory + architecture work each week. You will lead client conversations, design GTM systems, and ensure the pod delivers high-quality technical execution.

This is a high-impact role where you will architect full-funnel systems, influence executive decisions, and shape the GTM operations of some of the fastest-growing companies in B2B SaaS.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Architecture & GTM Systems

  • Architect full-funnel GTM systems across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Operations.
  • Build scalable HubSpot architectures (custom objects, lifecycle design, workflows, automation).
  • Translate business strategy into data models, processes, and automated systems.
  • Design solutions that improve lead flow, conversion, forecasting, attribution, routing, and reporting.

Client Leadership

  • Lead strategic conversations with CEOs, CROs, CMOs, and GTM leaders.
  • Own 3–6 client relationships and serve as their core RevOps partner.
  • Run roadmapping, planning, and decision-making sessions.
  • Provide clarity, direction, and confidence in complex GTM environments.

Pod Leadership

  • Lead a delivery pod (PM + Manager + Analyst) responsible for client outcomes.
  • Provide architectural guidance, QA, and escalation support.
  • Develop internal standards, playbooks, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Mentor team members and elevate their technical + strategic capabilities.

Technical Execution

  • Deliver architecture, advisory, and advanced system design.
  • Review and approve CRM builds, automations, data structures, and integrations.
  • Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the GTM strategy.

What You Bring

Must-Have Strengths

  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM (Marketing, SDR/BDR, AE, CS, Retention, Expansion).
  • Expert-level grasp of HubSpot architecture, automation, reporting, and technical design.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and create clear, scalable GTM systems.
  • Strong consulting presence and ability to lead executive conversations.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with calm, clarity, and ownership.
  • A systems-thinker mindset: structured, logical, and outcome-driven.

Bonus Skills

  • Salesforce familiarity
  • API automation (Zapier, Make, custom-coded actions)
  • Experience in consulting, agency work, or multi-client environments
  • Experience creating RevOps playbooks, frameworks, or reusable architectures
