Emergent MedTech is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to support the growth of their aesthetic and regenerative medical device portfolio. The role involves managing paid media, inbound marketing, and CRM optimization to drive qualified leads and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
  • Manage ad budgets, targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality) and provide regular reporting
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including:
  • Work closely with leadership to refine pipelines, sales stages, and automation logic
  • Optimize nurture sequences for paid leads, inbound inquiries, and trade-show prospects
  • Collaborate with sales to improve conversion rates and speed-to-lead
  • Manage and update the Emergent MedTech website
  • Ensure website content aligns with:
  • Manage Emergent MedTech’s social media presence
  • Create and repurpose content including:
  • Assist with trade-show planning, setup, and execution
  • Attend select national and regional trade shows and events
  • Capture on-site content (photos, short videos, interviews, testimonials)
  • Support post-event follow-up campaigns and lead distribution
  • Coordinate with sales and leadership to maximize ROI from events
  • Work closely with:
  • Align marketing strategy with sales goals, product positioning, and clinical education
  • Support product launches, training events, and educational initiatives

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta & Google required)
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM workflows, and lead nurturing
  • Strong understanding of analytics and performance reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows and events
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and execution-oriented
  • Experience marketing medical devices, aesthetic technologies, or regenerative medicine
  • Understanding of long sales cycles and consultative B2B selling
  • Ability to translate clinical concepts into compelling, compliant marketing
  • Basic video editing or content creation skills (Reels, short-form clips, testimonials)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
