Position Summary
The Channel Marketing & Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for the execution and operational delivery of marketing support across retail, wholesale, trade, gifting, and international channels. This role ensures that pricing tools, order documentation, channel materials, and activations are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
The role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and external vendors to support day-to-day commercial operations and channel readiness. This is an execution-focused role with a strong emphasis on coordination, accuracy, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Retail & Wholesale Channel Support
· Manage distribution of retail price pages
· Create and maintain custom price sheets, order forms, and related documentation
· Provide support to our concession retail locations
· Execute gift-with-purchase (GWP) initiatives
· Maintain outlet and partner website content
· Support retail location activations and events
Trade & Membership Support
· Manage ASID membership administration
· Coordinate trade postcards and newsletters (distribution and logistics)
· Support trade show coordination (non-creative)
· Liaise with industry and trade associations
Order & Commercial Operations
· Support order intake and order management processes
· Coordinate American Express order processing
· Prepare and maintain custom order documentation
· Support sales enablement tools as needed
Budget & Financial Operations
· Track marketing-related invoices and coordinate approvals
· Maintain budget tracking and reporting
· Support annual marketing budget preparation
· Assist with sample sale and warehouse sale operations
CRM & Direct Communications
· Execute monthly retail- and wholesale-driven email communications
· Manage editor and contact list distribution (data management only)
· Maintain address lists for physical mailings
Printing & Physical Materials
· Coordinate production and distribution of
o Business cards
o Thank you cards
o Holiday cards
o Blank cards and envelopes
o Receipt folders and holders
o Mailing envelopes
o Warehouse and sample sale materials
International Support
· Support international location activations
· Coordinate deployment of approved assets (non-creative)
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, channel marketing, or commercial operations
· Experience supporting retail and/or wholesale channels
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
· Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and external vendors
· Proficiency with standard office tools and email marketing platforms
What Success Looks Like
· Retail, trade, and wholesale partners consistently have the tools they need
· Pricing and order materials are accurate and current
· Channel activations execute smoothly and on schedule
· Budgets are tracked and transparent
· Minimal last-minute escalations for materials, approvals, or logistics
Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
