The VP, Digital Products Consulting Leader will drive the development and execution of digital product initiatives to maximize revenue growth. This role will oversee digital product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements, develop product roadmaps, and establish strategic technology partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing commercial pricing strategies measured by product sales KPIs.

The role will report to the EVP, Global Resilience & Risk Consulting Services Leader, and be remotely based with travel varying from 0 to 50% of the time on any given month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Digital Product Strategy
  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for digital products in alignment with business goals.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product direction.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams
  • Work closely with engineering and IT teams to gather and translate requirements for digital tools.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to develop minimum viable products, validate and test concepts, gather feedback, and continuously apply insights to enhance the product or pivot as needed.
  • Ensure all product features are technically feasible, cost efficient, and delivered on time.
  • Develop Product Roadmap
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features according to business impact and customer value.
  • Communicate updates to the product roadmap with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across all teams.
  • Strategic Technology Partnerships
  • Collaborate with analytics and business development teams to identify, evaluate, and establish strategic technology partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with external partners to enhance product capabilities.
  • Commercial Pricing Strategy
  • Develop and implement pricing models to optimize product revenue and market competitiveness.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve pricing strategies.
  • KPI: Product Sales
  • Own and drive product sales targets, regularly reporting on performance and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to succeed in relationship-based sales and leverage a diverse company network
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products, with strong stakeholder engagement
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and the product development lifecycle
  • Experience in commercial pricing strategies and revenue optimization
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital product management, strategy, or commercialization within a global professional services environment
