Key Responsibilities
- Support development & execution of claims transformation strategy in alignment with company goals & industry best practices.
- Bd& maintain transformation roadmap for NA claims org to accelerate business impact & deliver meaningful transformation over time.
- Identify emerging trends/opportunities/risks within insurance landscape & translate into actionable strategies. Monitor industry trends/best practices to identify opportunities for innovation/transformation/differentiation within our claims operations.
