Job Summary of Developer, Digital Workplace

This role focuses on developing, configuring, and optimizing digital workspace solutions, primarily leveraging ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms. The position supports enterprise technology initiatives by delivering scalable integrations, automation, and enhancements while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Developer, Digital Workplace:

• Assist in the architecture and strategic configuration of ServiceNow modules and applications to ensure scalable implementations.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating risks and deliverables.
• Automate enterprise workflows using orchestration, scripting, and workflow capabilities.
• Develop workflows, integrations, and reports that drive efficiency and provide actionable insights.
• Design and implement APIs and integrations between ServiceNow, Salesforce, and enterprise systems.
• Customize Salesforce Service Cloud Console to optimize agent workflows and productivity.
• Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance, applying measures such as database tuning and code optimization.
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve integration issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications and Experience of Developer, Digital Workplace:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification plus either Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification.
• 2+ years of experience administering, developing, and supporting ServiceNow or Salesforce.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow or Salesforce with third-party tools and data systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and Glide scripting.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, workflow automation, and API development.

Salary

The estimated base salary range is $101,899 to $110,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and equity awards.
