**Reporting Manager**:Marketing Leader

  • *Location**: Wingham, Ontario
  • *Position Summary**:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will focus on digital marketing as well as general marketing activities.

  • *Education & Knowledge**
  • A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Graphic design/Content creation, and/or a related field or relevant experience
  • *Skills**
  • Fluent and well versed in WordPress, HTML, Adobe CC Suite & Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional design, copywriting writing and editing skills
  • Must have creative content creation skills and be able to coordinate others to meet company directives for websites and social media
  • Self-starter who is meticulous, organized, innovative, and attention to detail
  • Able to juggle several projects at the same time
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Passion for all social media, SEO, SEM, digital ads and other aspect of digital marketing
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
  • *Experience**
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Social media management
  • Intermediate experience using video editing and graphic design software (E.g.: Premiere, FCPX, Photoshop, AI, INDD InDesign, Affinity suite, Lightroom and others)
  • Hands-on experience managing WordPress based websites
  • Creative writing for publications, social media, and blogs.
  • Professional photography and photography editing
  • Skilled and efficient in producing high quality video content.
  • Adept at using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and native analytics features of social media platforms.
  • Proficient with CRM software such as HubSpot and Dynamics.
  • *Communication**
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with other departments and Contractors
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

  • *Responsibilities**:
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Britespan, the fabric building industry, and competitors
  • Creative development and graphic design of all marketing materials and campaigns, website graphics, and marketing projects
  • Creative video development (script, storyboard, scheduling, production, and editing)
  • Create engaging and effective videos and optimize video distribution to build the Britespan brand
  • Website content development, production, and maintenance
  • Content creation and management of company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Blog, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Dealer support including training, fielding inquiries, and trade show and advertising support.
  • Corporate event planning, execution, and management, e.g.: conferences, trade shows and open houses.
  • Company photography and photo editing for building projects, customer profiles, and company events
  • Turn observations into insights, insights into recommended actions, and ultimately developing strategy and campaign optimization.
  • Responsible for brand management and corporate identity compliance
  • Manage projects and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
