Amazon is looking for an Executive Business Partner to support the Senior Vice President on the Worldwide Operations team. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and organizing team activities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
  • Manage domestic and international travel
  • Manage expense report coordination and submission
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
  • Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters
  • Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
  • Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team

Skills

  • 8+ years of executive assistant experience
  • Experience managing executive level calendars
  • Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
  • Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
