Motus Marketing is known for delivering exceptional in-store promotions and customer experiences. As a Promotional Marketing Representative, you will be the face of our clients’ brands. Building relationships with retail customers, driving sales, and bringing a variety of products and services to life.

The Promotional Marketing Representative position involves working in a retail environment and engaging directly with shoppers. This role focuses on creating brand awareness, showcasing what our clients have to offer, and answering customer questions in a professional and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

Execute direct marketing campaigns by providing customers with product knowledge and recommendations based on their needs
Generate sales to meet and exceed client expectations
Ensure brands are consistently represented through high-quality customer interactions and adherence to brand guidelines
Stay informed on product offerings and industry updates to effectively communicate features and benefits

Qualifications

Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of sales or customer service principles
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and commitment to excellent service
