Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who has a strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads and wants hands-on exposure to real ad budgets, live campaigns, and lead generation funnels in the education domain.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads

Assist in setting up and managing Search campaigns
Keyword research, match types & negative keywords
Writing ad copies, headlines, descriptions & extensions
Monitoring CTR, CPC, conversions & quality score
Basic conversion tracking support (GA4 / Google Ads)

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Assist in creating lead generation & traffic campaigns
Audience research (interest-based, custom & lookalikes)
Creative & copy testing coordination
Monitoring CPL, CTR & lead quality
Campaign optimisation under guidance

Analytics & Tools

Work with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4
Assist in reporting & performance analysis
Learn funnel optimisation & landing page alignment
Coordinate with counselling & content teams

Who Should Apply

Students / freshers with hands-on knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
Have run campaigns during internship, freelance, certification, or projects
Understanding of Keywords, bidding, audiences, CTR, CPL, conversions
Strong interest in paid marketing & growth
Analytical mindset & eagerness to learn
Delhi NCR candidates preferred.
Candidate must have their own Laptop.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications
Experience with lead generation campaigns
Basic knowledge of GA4, pixels, or tracking
Education / EdTech marketing exposure
