The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Apprentice Marketing Executive to join our Marketing, Admissions and Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career to gain hands-on experience in a supportive school environment while working towards a Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship qualification.

The successful candidate will help showcase the life, values and achievements of the school through engaging content and communications. Working closely with the team, you will support social media, website updates, photography and video capture, digital engagement monitoring, events promotion and admissions activity. You will also assist with newsletters, press releases, alumni engagement and market research, playing a meaningful role in strengthening the school’s brand and outreach.

This role is ideal for a proactive, creative individual with a passion for storytelling, strong communication skills and an interest in marketing within an educational setting. Conditions of Service

Lady Barn House School operates its own salary scale. The Apprentice Marketing Executive will work 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday. This is a fixed term, full-time and all year-round role. The successful candidate will be required to assist at school events outside of working hours and at weekends. The start date is 2 March 2026, or earlier if possible, and the position is offered on an 18-month fixed-term basis in the first instance, aligned with the completion of the Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship qualification, which is a condition of employment. Throughout the apprenticeship, the successful candidate will benefit from high-quality in-house support as well as professional guidance from marketing specialists.
